The Internet Has an Opinion Problem

And turning the comments section off is one way to fix it

We all have the right to an opinion. Who can argue with that?

Apparently, the average reader’s opinions have become more than some news outlets can bear. Hundreds of sites, namely Reuters, Popular Mechanics, Recode, and NPR have turned off their comments sections for good.
