No, bro, it's not what I'm teaching kids. But based on what I've seen over twenty years (and I've seen plenty of smart boys, too) I would hire more females than males by at least a 5:1 ratio to run my business. I'd put women in leadership positions at all levels. I'd hire men where having a man makes the most sense. (It's bro culture, right? Due to misogyny, sometimes a company probably needs to trot out its best male show pony to impress certain clients. But the women in my business would ultimately be calling the shots!)
