I would say "morality," though in business it's in short supply. I'm also banking on the fact that many big sci-fi predictions like this don't come true. (See Moon bases and self-driving trucks as examples.)

Also, do not discount the hacker. A non-human company like you're describing would be attacked constantly by hackers, as companies are now. Never bet against the human animal and it's profound ability to wreak havoc in this world. People won't stand pat and allow themselves to be put out of work without commensurate benefits to live off of. It'll be full blown war... Only without the terminators.
