I think the point here is that some opinions are not fact based. There are those that believe, or so they say, that the holocaust didn't happen. That opinion is intolerable and should be ignored. It is not deserving of critical public discourse as it's demonstrably false, like the world is flat. That what I think the author of this article at least is trying to say.
